Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time payment is received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All items are shipped with UPS Ground or USPS. If expedited shipping is needed, items will be shipped USPS Priority or Express Mail for the additional fees. Please contact me for any special shipping requests and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.
At present, we only ship to the United States and Canada. The Flat Rate Shipping time applies to packages shipped with the contiguous 48 United States. Returns
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance and for that reason most items may be returned within 30 days for any reason. To return an item, ship to the address below and include a copy of the invoice. Items must be returned in unaltered condition and properly protected against shipping damage.
Refunds will be given for the purchase price only - ALL shipping costs will be the responsibility of the person making the return.
If the item is received in defective condition, it will be replaced at no charge. Please notify me as soon as possible after receiving a defective item to make arrangements for a replacement.
