Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time payment is received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Items are shipped with either USPS or UPS Ground. If expedited shipping is needed items will be shipped Priority or Express Mail for the additional fees. Please contact me for any special shipping requests and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.
At present, I ship to the United States and Canada. The Flat Rate Shipping applies to packages shipped with the contiguous 48 United States. Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
Larger items such as towels, bath caddies and robes are shipped via UPS. A street address must be used for the shipping address for these items. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
Packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will be sent via USPS Mail.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance and for that reason most items may be returned within 14 days for any reason. To return an item, ship to the address below and include a copy of the invoice. Items must be returned in unaltered condition and properly protected against shipping damage.
Refunds will be given for the purchase price only - ALL shipping costs will be the responsibility of the person making the return.
If the item is received in defective condition, it will be replaced at no charge. Please notify me as soon as possible after receiving a defective item to make arrangements for a replacement.
